Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns without reason.

How to initiate a return:

Refund:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original, unused condition. If the item(s) are eligible for a return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange:
